Job Description
Your Tasks
- Development and further development of strategic Retail Media concepts and business plans in close cooperation with the management with own creative freedom
- Independent crossdivisional project management for the implementation of Retail Media goals taking into account the overall strategy of MediaMarktSaturn
- Datadriven optimization of the value chain and existing workflows in close cooperation with the affected areas especially Sales
- Implementation of a CRM system to map the business process or use of existing systems
- Support in the development and integration of AdTech solutions for the core retail media business
- Implementation of standardized reporting structures and systems crossborder tracking in cooperation with Controlling
Your Profile
- Completed studies in business administration industrial engineering or a related field
- Relevant professional experience and ability to be operationally agile in a fastpaced new and fastgrowing business environment
- Significant experience in sales/support of B2B clients/media agencies ideally in retail media or digital advertising
- Proven skills in strategy development conception and analysis ideally from a management consultancy or in business development
- Sound knowledge of retail media programmatic advertising and/or datadriven advertising and their value creation; (ad) technical knowledge desirable
- Passion for integrating cuttingedge advertising technologies into our business strategy
- Strong communication skills customeroriented mindset and experience of working in an international team
