Role; Lead User Researcher

Location; 2x/week in Leeds

Rate; 600day Inside IR35

Duration; Until the end of September

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead User Researcher to join our clients team within the public sector specifically working with the NHS.

This role requires a professional who is wellversed in GDS standards and possesses a strong understanding of user research methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting user research to gather insights and inform the design process
  • Leading and managing a team of user researchers
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand user needs and advocate for usercentric design
  • Ensuring that all research activities adhere to GDS standards and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading user research projects within the public sector
  • Indepth knowledge of GDS standards and their application in user research
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within an Inside IR35 contract

Rate:

  • 600/day Inside IR35. Could be long term.
