Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a new cuttingedge field. Youll work alongside passionate dedicated hardworking and fun teammates.

Youll manage Alstoms portfolio of external suppliers to ensure goods delivery at the right time to ensure production continuity. Daytoday youll work closely with teams across the business (procurement logistics and project teams) anticipating and managing risks by ensuring the accuracy of stock in compliance with stock and logistic constraints and much more.

Youll specifically take care of expressing delivery needs to suppliers but also monitor Suppliers performances KPIs while putting in place corrective actions.

Well look to you for:

• Keep in touch with our vendors to ensure availability of products to satisfy production requirements;
• Monitor supplier deliveries and ensure availability of products to satisfy production requirement;
• Responsible for reporting store inventory deviation;
• Creating Purchase Orders and Schedule Agreements;
• Align with the suppliers on the orders for ensuring best delivery term;
