This position is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work two days remote per week. We have the flexibility of hiring this role in BuffaloNY GreerSouth Carolina or ScottsdaleAZ.
Your Role:
As aCustomer Experience Representativein our dynamic public sector division you will be at the forefront of enhancing customer satisfaction and driving growth.
Collaborating closely with our sales teams vendors and customers you will:
Identify customer needsand recommend innovative solutions.
Provide valuable insightsand partner with crossfunctional teams
Key Responsibilities:
Assist withcustomer quoting and orderingprocesses.
Facilitatetraining and enablementprograms.
Driveendcustomer acquisitionandpipeline development.
Leadupgrades and crosssell initiativesusing platform data.
To excel in this role you must be proactive detailoriented and possess strong followup skills. Your expertise in the customer and/or solutions category will be instrumental in our collective success
What you bring to the role:
A fouryear college degree OR equivalent experience 02 years).
Selfmotivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Customercentric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong customer relationships.
Experience in a sales or solutions role within the technology industry preferably with a focus on platform products or services is preferred but not required.
Experience in customer service with strong communication skills especially written.
Strong aptitude for numbers and mathematics.
Ability to work in a highenergy team environment.
Familiarity with computer operations with a solid grasp of Microsoft applications specifically Excel and Outlook.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
