Job Description
What Youll Be Doing:
- Leading the Team:Youll organize and supervise operations onsite working closely with the Branch Manager to keep everything on schedule.
- Making Sure Were Ready:Youll order the materials and services needed to get the job done ensuring that timelines are met and that every project is set up for success.
- Safety First:Youll prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and make sure all work is carried out safely following our strict standards.
- Quality Control:Youll ensure that the Quality Plan is in place and that records are kept so we maintain the high standards were known for.
- Keeping Everyone Informed:Youll attend coordination and safety meetings providing updates and making sure any challenges are addressed quickly.
- Reporting and Admin:Youll prepare weekly reports and manage the weekly wages making sure everything is accurate and ready for approval.
What Were Looking For:
- Industry Knowledge:Youve got solid experience in the flat roofing industry and any knowledge of facade and cladding works is a huge plus.
- Leadership Skills: Youre confident in managing a team and leading by example onsite.
- Qualified: You hold an SMSTS qualification and ideally you either have or are working towards a CSCS Black Card.
- Organised and TechSavvy:Youre comfortable using computers and have a good grasp of general software to keep things running efficiently.
- Problem Solver:You can think on your feet and arent afraid to tackle challenges headon.
