Position Summary
The Director of Case Management is responsible for customer service financial management regulatory compliance human resources processes staff competency performance improvement policy/procedure development and compliance an regular communication with the department staff. The Director of Case Management is responsible for directing the departments activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
In the of job duties it is the universal expectation that all tasks are performed with a patient centered focus while also seeking opportunities to continually improve core processes. Incumbent will be scheduled based on operational need which may include but is not limited to: holidays extended shifts night and/or weekend shifts standby and/or oncall. This job description is only meant to be a representative summary of the major responsibilities and accountabilities performed by the incumbents of this job. Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Registered Nurse (BSN MSN). Masters degree in Management is beneficial.
- Minimum Experience: Ten years experience of either nursing; 2 prefer certification in a related field to Case Management
- Certification/Licensure: Graduate of a school of nursing and a current New Mexico or compact RN license is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
