Job Description
Quantity Surveyor West London/ Middlesex
Our client is looking to add to their very experienced commercial team aQuantity Surveyor.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Facades Curtain Wallin g or Glazing experience this would be a strong advantage however not desired as this role will offer lots of learning and development.
With a turnover of almost 50 million Plus and an exceptional order book for the next 12 months our client will offer the successful candidate exposure to some very highend bespoke projects.
Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:
- Manage with final accounts
- Pricing variations
- Producing BOQs
- Assessing subcontractor works
- Procurement
- Processing invoices

Quantity Surveyor Key Experience:
- Construction project knowledge (Facades/ Glazing Advantageous)
- Knowledge and understanding of various packages
- Ability to ensure projects are profitable and on parr with budgets
