Job Title:Body Shop Office Manager

SUMMARY
Provides administrative support to body shop operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises one body shop clerk and several porters insuring each is fulfilling their duties insuring each is fulfilling their duties of cleaning vehicles keeping the shop and offices orderly and providing transport to customers.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one year office and/or automotive body shorelated experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in oneonone and small group situations to customers clients and other employees of the organization. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio and percent.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
