Job Description
Faculty in the Department of Rehabilitation Counseling prefer candidates : With previous teaching experience at the undergraduate level in rehabilitation/deaf studies utilizing highimpact practices inside and outside the classroom to ensure students academic success and previous academic advising experience is also preferred. With qualifications to teach in deaf minor: Teaching experience as a ASL Instructor valid ASLTA certification and Advanced or Superior Level on the SLPI (or similar ASL proficiency assessment). That demonstrate leadership in professional organizations. That has reputation as recognized scholar and/or teacher in the field.
