Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide essential patient care in a Nursing and Rehab Facility in Saint Albans VT. This perdiem role involves supporting patients daily needs promoting recovery and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.

Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of a stateapproved nursing assistant training program.
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Active Vermont Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience: 1 year of LNA experience (rehab longterm care or acute care preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ADLs (activities of daily living) vital sign monitoring andinfection control protocols.
- Soft Skills: Compassion strong communication adaptability and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with bathing dressing mobility and other daily living activities.
- Monitor and report changes in patients conditions to nursing staff.
- Support rehabilitation therapies by preparing equipment and ensuring patient safety.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with nurses therapists and physicians to deliver holistic care.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe patient environment.
