About:This posting serves as notice of availability for a fulltime SLP working at various MESD and district partner sites. The candidate who is hired for this position will work with the following school district and MESD programs with reimbursed travel required between sites: Riverdale School District Helensview School Waldens Crossing Donald E. Long and Hospital Schools programs.

POSITION PURPOSE:
To assess provide direct instruction and provide services to language impaired students.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed in a wide variety of locations including office and school environments. Work typically involves sitting walking and attendance at evening and weekend meetings. This position requires the use of computers office equipment and frequent local/regional travel. The ability to work remotely on a computer for a long period of time is required. Occasional out of state travel may be required.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Hold a SpeechLanguage Pathology License as issued by the State of Oregon Board of Examiners for SpeechLanguage Pathology & Audiology and current Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech and language Pathology from the American Speech and Hearing Association.
