As a Manager youll lead a talented team working on complex foundational technologies like VTx/AMDV interrupt virtualization and memory virtualization. This role offers the chance to shape the future of virtualization in a highly collaborative and fastpaced environment.
Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 612 months you will work toward completing
In your first 612 months you will:
Lead the successful delivery of one of the key virtualization technology projects focusing on CPU and memory virtualization for VCF Division products.
Establish effective communication channels with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless collaboration on complex projects.
Provide strong leadership in mentoring and developing the team fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Develop and refine operational processes to enhance team efficiency and project delivery.
The Work: What type of work will you be doing What assignments requirements or skills will you be performing on a regular basis
As a Manager in the Monitor Group you will:
Lead the successful design implementation and delivery of virtualization technology projects
Drive the integration of new bleedingedge virtualization technologies including advanced CPU virtualization and memory management techniques into Broadcoms cloud infrastructure.
Manage highpriority technically complex projects while ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
Collaborate with engineering product and operations teams to drive product development and solve critical challenges.
Actively contribute to setting strategic goals and provide insights to leadership on the latest trends in virtualization and cloud computing.
Mentor team members providing guidance on both technical growth and leadership development.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field and 12 years of related experience.
3 years of management experience.
Strong background in Embedded Software development including experience in C and assembly programming.
Experience working on the kernel and/or virtualization space.
Strong organizational leadership and communication skills.
Extensive experience in mentoring and nurturing engineering staff.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is$127000 $225000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
