Sr Associate II ERP Business Analysis

Summary of Position:

IT Systems Software Analysis & Programming focuses on programming & configuration of IT Systems Software (i.e. software for use in operating/controlling hardware and providing a platform for running internal end user/business applications). The work includes: Identifying and analyzing business needs conducting requirements gathering and defining scope and objectives for the IT System Developing programming specifications diagrams and flowcharts Writing code in lowerlevel programming languages to optimize the performance and efficiency of an organizations IT platform/infrastructure Configuring customizing diagnosing and enhancing vendor systems software (e.g. operating systems software and utilities that manage access to peripherals facilitate networking manage memory allocation manage file storage on hard drives etc. Writing diagnostic programs to test integrated software/hardware systems and resolve system faults Creating functional and technical documentation of systems software programs and code.

Key Responsibilities:
Strong functional and configuration knowledge in SAP SD module
Experienced in all SD aspects including defining & assigning Enterprise Structure Master data PreSales Sales Order processing.
Sales Documents: Sales Document Header Sales Document Item Sales Documents Schedule Line Contracts and Scheduling Agreements
Pricing: Condition table Condition type Access sequence Pricing procedure and Condition record Order Management: Creation of Sales documents Inquiry Quotation Sales order (standard order rush order cash sales
service order returns) Deliveries (outbound & inbound) Billing Invoicing
Credit memo Debit memo; Configuration and implementation of SAP LE process covering the complete range of functionalities like master data uploads.
Interfaces: Should have hands on in interface in different system like SAP to SAP and SAP to NonSAP
IDOC: Should have good work experience in handling IDOC issues.
Strong experience in translating business requirements into technical capabilities and solutions.
Proficiency with ASAP (Accelerated SAP) Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• 25 Years of SAP SD experience resulting in Strong understanding of SAP SD module functionalities including but not limited to sales order processing pricing delivery billing and credit management.
• Flexibility in accommodating to work according to project deadlines and client needs.
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills for collaborative interaction with business users & crossfunctional/technical team members.
• Ability to work independently and drive deliverables according to the timelines.

Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
