Job Description
Accenture Federal Services is looking for a Security Delivery Practitioner to support our client in Columbia MD.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Development and oversight of operational Information Systems (IS) security implementation policy and guidelines while providing technical and procedural IS security suggestions to government and engineering teams
- Assist with providing resolution for an Authorization to Operate (ATO) and continuous Ongoing Authorization (AO) Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and TS/SCI compliance and Risk Management Framework (RMF) for systems that utilizes hybrid cloud solutions to accomplish the task(s) defined by our client
- Assist with establishing processes used to institute a development (Dev) security (Sec) and operations (Ops) environment as we develop a continuous integration continuous delivery CI/CD pipeline to reduce our time to production and increase our deployment frequency as we integrate with other systems
What youll need:
- Bachelors degree with 3 years experience or 5 years work experience equivalent
- 3 years of experience in IT cyber security and/or CNO software development or security research
- 3 years of network experience in largescale global environment
- 1 year of cloud experience
- Experience with RMF workflow tools such as XACTA or eMASS
- Experience controlling labeling virus scanning using auditing tools and secure data transfer between information systems
- Experience with reviewing system and audit logs
- Experience using databases or spreadsheets to develop/maintain Plans of Action & Milestone (POA&Ms)
- Demonstrated knowledge working with Linux command line
- Active DoD 8570 Information Assurance (IAM) Level I (IAT) level II Certification or Higher
- Demonstrated knowledge and use of the NIST Risk Management Framework Processes
- Experience in TS/SCI information security requirements
Bonus Points if you have:
- Ability to communicate security solutions with development/engineering team
- Excellent writing and communication skills
Clearance:
- TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility and willing to undergo a CI Polygraph examination

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience. $93400 $176200 USD
