Job Description
3 months contract with local authority
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ASW Senior Practitioner to join our team in the Social/NGO/Health & Care industry. As an ASW Senior Practitioner you will be responsible for providing high-quality adult social work services to individuals in need. You will work closely with a team of professionals to assess plan implement and evaluate the care and support provided to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments of individuals needs and developing care plans
- Providing support and guidance to individuals and their families
- Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive care
- Advocating for the rights and well-being of clients
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Adult Social Worker
- Strong understanding of social work principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with individuals in need
- Relevant certification or licensure in social work
