Finley grew from a physicianled residential facility to a 126bed fully accredited hospital and now to a regional healthcare system that includes not only hospital services but clinic and home services as well.

• Opportunity to help grow a new practice
• Strong Physician support
• Current team consists of 1 Neurosurgeon and 1 PA
• Fulltime position with opportunity to work in both the inpatient and outpatient setting
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

• Average of 1015 patients per day on the outpatient side; 35 when on inpatient service
• Clinic hours: Monday through Friday 8a5p
• Some backup call and weekend rounding may be required once fully trained
• Practice is a mix of inpatient and outpatient
• Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
• APP will also assist Physician in the OR
• Evaluates interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
• Patientfocused friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) analytical and problemsolving skills

• Physician Assistant (Preferred) or Nurse Practitioner with OR experience
• Board Certified
• Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of IA
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States
