Our client is seeking a Platform & DevOps Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will work on cloudbased solutions and solve challenging problems for unique customers. This is a hybrid role with 3 days of onsite support in Tampa FL.

Our client is seeking a Platform & DevOps Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will work on cloudbased solutions and solve challenging problems for unique customers. This is a hybrid role with 3 days of onsite support in Tampa FL.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain critical applications on cloudnative architecture
- Implement secure automation effective monitoring and infrastructure as code
- Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
- Support and work alongside a crossfunctional engineering team on the latest technologies
- Iterate on best practices to increase the quality and velocity of deployments
- Implement industry best practices for system hardening and configuration management
Clearance
- Active TS/SCI
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering IT or a relevant field
- 4 years of relevant experience
- Ability to configure cloud services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform(GCP)
- Experience implementing CI/CD with tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI or Concourse CI
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible and Chef
- Previous experience with PlatformasaService (PaaS) products such as Kubernetes Red Hat OpenShift and RKE2
- Demonstrated experience with security scanning tools such as SonarQube OWASPDC Anchore Claire Dagda and OpenSCAP
- Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and experience writing responses to security controls and deploying secure systems
- Comfortable in a project startup environment
Desired Qualifications
- Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering IT or a relevant field
- Cloud certification in AWS Azure or GCP
- Experience supporting the DoD
