Location:Calabasas CA (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)
Reportsto: Brand Manager Wella
Scope: Wella Professional Color
Hours: 25 Hours/Week

THE ROLE
The intern will support the Wella Professional Color marketing team on all aspects of the marketing plans and learn about the business the brand and the crossfunctioning teams and roles. The intern will participate in the teams daily activities and meetings and contribute to marketing campaigns that further the companys strategic goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains documents and contributing to brand presentations; Assists the overall team or daytoday operations
- Assists in gathering and organizing data insights and assets to support marketing and communications strategies
- Supports with developing engaging content for social media posts and campaigns.
- Assists the Marketing team with creating briefs for asset creation for initiatives.
- Sends and tracks products to Ambassadors Influencers Sales Teams Agencies etc.
- Assists with logistics of marketing activations and updating Wella websites
- Performs ad hoc assignments or projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate or graduate studentat an accredited universityor recent graduate pursuing/with a degree in Marketing Business Communication or related field.
- Ability to commit to the internship for 612 months; longer assignments preferred
- Savvy with major social media platforms such as TikTok Meta Pinterest Facebook YouTube Instagram
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint; Proficient in Google Doc
- Previous Marketing experience or internships is a plus
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills adept at prioritizing organizing meeting deadlines and multitasking
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to maintain a desire to learn.
- Experience with data analysis tools and reporting platforms is a plus.
We disclose the compensation range for positions in compliance with local law. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience skills and in comparison to internal incumbents currently in similar roles. Pay Range: $20$21/hr.
