Job Description

Job Description Summary

Young Life seeks a dynamic and culturally intelligent leader to serve as the Manager of Staff Culture and Administrative Support. This role combines a focus on fostering a thriving organizational culture providing administrative support and leveraging data to inform strategic decisionmaking. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for ministry cultural intelligence and operational excellence to support our mission of introducing adolescents to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith.

Key Responsibilities

Staff Culture Development

  • Cultivate an environment of belonging and trust that reflects Young Lifes values and mission.

  • Provide and support cultural intelligence training and resources to enhance crosscultural relationships throughout the mission.

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement initiatives that strengthen team belonging and engagement.

Data Analysis and Facilitation

  • Collect analyze and interpret organizational and ministryrelated data to support informed decisionmaking.

  • Prepare and present data reports visualizations and recommendations to leadership and staff.

  • Facilitate regular data review meetings to identify trends challenges and opportunities.

  • Equip staff with data literacy skills through training sessions and oneonone coaching.

  • Act as the liaison for external vendors supporting orgwide culture surveys

Administrative Support

  • Oversee administrative processes ensuring efficiency accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Manage calendars schedules and logistics for leadership and team meetings.

  • Coordinate communication and documentation to support staff and organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience:

    • Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership Business Administration Sociology or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

    • Minimum of 57 years of experience in staff development cultural intelligence data analysis or related roles.

  • Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of cultural intelligence principles and their application in organizational contexts.

    • Experience 57 years in projects focused on the development and implementation of belonging and staff engagement

    • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Tableau Power BI) and data visualization.

    • Experience in training staff in data literacy 35 years

    • Exceptional communication facilitation and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.

    • Experience with vendor relationships 23 years

  • Faith and Values Alignment:

    • Demonstrates a deep commitment to Jesus Christ and a passion for Young Lifes mission.

    • Familiarity with and ability to work within Young Lifes cultural and spiritual framework.

Additional Job Description

  • The anticipated salary for this position ranges from $55557$83500 depending on relevant education experience and location.
