Job Description

As Global Leader for Lean Academy (m/f/d) you are responsible for setting the strategic direction development and management of the organizations internal academy focused on Lean transformation. In this key role you will foster a culture of continuous improvement by equipping employees at all levels with the knowledge methods and practices of Carrier Excellence (Cx Lean). You will design and deliver training programs lead impactful workshops coach teams and senior leaders and drive Lean transformation initiatives to achieve measurable gains in efficiency quality and organizational performance.

Your impact

  • Define the vision strategy and goals for the Cx Academy in alignment with company objectives.
  • Promote a Lean thinking and transformational culture focused on customer value and performance excellence.
  • Design develop and continuously improve Cx training materials and programs tailored to various audiences (executives managers frontline employees).
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for individuals and teams applying Lean principles.
  • Define metrics to evaluate the success of Cx Academy initiatives and training effectiveness incl. regularly assessment of the impact of Cx Academy activities.
  • Work closely with business leaders to ensure alignment between Cx initiatives and operational priorities

Who you are

You have firstclass interpersonal and analytical skills a strong sense of duty a strong entrepreneurial mindset strategic thinking datadriven mindset and the ability to inspire others. To ensure that you are successful in your job we are also looking for:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Engineering Operations Management or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in Lean transformation operational excellence or continuous improvement
  • Proven track record of leading successful Lean initiatives and delivering impactful training programs
  • Experience designing and delivering training across all organizational levels
  • Strong expertise in Lean principles and tools (e.g. 5S value stream mapping Six Sigma A3 etc.
  • Excellent coaching leadership and facilitation skills
  • Business fluent in English
