Responsibilities:
- Generate sales in the assigned territory of the respective business segment vertical/channel and be accountable for the overall performance of the assigned geography.
- Plan and implement a comprehensive sales plan for the assigned territory contributing towards revenue and profit achievements.
- Establish and build sustainable relationships with Nitco customers and partners.
- Ensure effective utilization of CRM tool.
- Work in close coordination with the marketing team regarding promotion product launches etc.
- Provide market and competitor information to Territory Manager Country Sales Manager & Marketing team.
- Conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations as well as with global and local policies & procedures and the companys code of conduct.
- Generate opportunities for crossdivisional sales.
Requirements
- Minimum 1012 years of experience in sales.
- Proven track record in channel sales and retail sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales management software is a plus.
