Job Description
Position Description:
Location: can be seated within proximity to a CGI office in order to support a hybrid work model.
Hybrid: 3 days a week in office
Bilingualism: French is an asset
The CGIGTO Toronto Network team manages network services for internal and external clients covering LAN/WAN security unified communications and cloud solutions across multiple data centers
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Partner with clients to analyze requirements and design network solutions.
Define architecture produce documentation and ensure highquality service delivery.
Configure and support networking equipment including Cisco ACI and SDWAN.
Evaluate performance optimize network security and provide operations support.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
510 years of experience managing large complex networks.
Expertise in LAN/WAN telecommunications and network protocols (TCP/IP BGP OSPF VLANs etc..
Strong handson experience with Cisco ACI SDWAN routers switches firewalls and load balancers.
Knowledge of cloud networking (Azure AWS Google Cloud) is a plus.
Experience with network automation Python and Ansible is beneficial.
Ability to document troubleshoot and communicate technical solutions effectively.
Preferred Certifications:
Cisco (CCNP/CCIE) Checkpoint Palo Alto or equivalent.
