Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible to deliver the services associated with UC Service Module based on the scope set out in the MSA
Own the Service Levels and contractual commitments including the Service Level reporting for the UC Service Module
Repurpose/remobilize the critical operational resources to meet any immediate requirement across Service Delivery and Operations.
Drive Continuous Service Improvement for UC Service Module
Own and implement the Business Continuity plan for the operations of the UC Service module
Responsible for the demand and consumption of the Services of the UC Service module
Support BASF Service Delivery Managers in delivering their responsibilities.
Participate in customer calls and be contact for regional customers to respond/support on potential design questions
Support to Operations Team on Incidents and complex requests
Travel within region may be required
Minimum Job Entry Requirements
Working experience of 810 years on on Voice Services and Platforms.
Experience on Large Enterprise Networks in as a Service/Technical Delivery Manager.
Strong experience on UC (preferably CISCO) technologies and associated protocols.
Strong understanding/experience on tools like VOSS
Must have CCNP (Voice)/CCIE Voice desirable
Ability to coordinate with various teams involved in the BASF Contract to deliver the services to the customer on time also with the committed quality.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced complex network environment.
Strong skills on MS Office for reports and preparation of RCA
Selfstarter with attention to detail and ability to maintain focus over long periods of time.
Ability to work on call support at odd hours as needed.
Besides fluent in English additional Language is desired
