Job Description
Job Role: RPA Developer Automation Anywhere
Experience: 3 years
Job Type: Full Time Permanent
Location: Technopark Phase 1 Trivandrum
We are looking for talented RPA Developers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere (AA) Power Apps and Power Automate. This role involves designing developing and implementing automation workflows and applications to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automation Development: Design develop and implement automation workflows using Automation Anywhere Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Solution Design: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure they meet the required standards and function correctly.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation processes including design specifications workflows and user manuals.
- Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented automation solutions addressing any issues and making necessary updates.
- Training: Train endusers and other team members on the use of developed automation tools and applications.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT operations and business units to ensure successful deployment and integration of automation solutions.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience: experience in developing automation solutions. Proven experience with Automation Anywhere Power Apps and Power Automate.
Desirable Skills:
- Strong understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python JavaScript or similar.
- Experience with database management and SQL. Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications in Automation Anywhere Power Apps or Power Automate are a plus.
