Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Define and document business functions and processes.
- Analyze the integration of business functions with technology.
- Assist with business case development and business process reengineering.
- Consult with management and personnel to identify define and document business needs and objectives current operational procedures problems input and output requirements.
- Recommend new processes that yield operational efficiencies.
- Conduct costbenefit analysis.
- Develop or assist with project work plans project timelines.
Requirements
- Three 3 years of experience with business analytics processes with at least 1 year in an agile environment;
- Project experience facilitating project related meetings with business partners;
- Writing skills with experience creating requirements and design documents.
- VISIO or similar diagraming tool.
- Experience with data conversion;
- Familiarity with JIRA;
- PMIPBA or CBAP certification;
- Familiarity with Business Process ReEngineering (BPR);
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing.
Three 3 years of experience with business analytics processes with at least 1 year in an agile environment; Project experience facilitating project related meetings with business partners; Writing skills with experience creating requirements and design documents; VISIO or similar diagraming tool.
