Job Description
Pool Care Specialists Serving DFW Metroplex EST. 2009
We are a growing company with a vision. We are based in Flower Mound TX with 19 years in the industry. Established and wellknown for Reliable and Professional Swimming Pool Service and Repair. Our goal is to expand into new areas to be one of DFWs wellknown trusted and honest leading Service/Repair Pool Specialists.
This will be a great opportunity for a selfmotivated meticulous hard worker to learn a trade. There will also be the opportunity to get your CPO certification and more training.
- Pump and motor repairs & installations
- Pool plumbing repairs
- Filter Cleans
- Automation installation and diagnosis
- Electrical repairs and troubleshooting pool lights timers and automation
- Troubleshooting pool circulation
- Heater installation and troubleshooting
- Occasional pool cleaning and chemical maintenance
- Maintain a clean wellstocked and organized vehicle and job site
- Ensure and uphold the companys policy of a superior high level of customer service is being provided to all customers
Requirements
Qualifications / Expectations:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid drivers license and auto insurance.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Working knowledge of general plumbing and/or electrical
- Swimming pool water chemistry maintenance experience is a plus. Otherwise the tech can go through a short training by an experienced tech. The experienced techs will be available to answer any questions if required while on the field.
- Working hours are MonFri from 7:45 5:00 pm on weekdays. Saturdays as needed during peak season.
- Positive cando Attitude!
- Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL) is required
Benefits
- We pay at or above industry standards. Compensation is based upon experience and qualifications.
- W2 position
