Job Description
Here at La Casita de Ingls we believe that learning should be fun! We teach English to children through games arts & crafts singing and dancing theatre yoga and baking! We dont carry out exams. Classes are small and interactive with a maximum of 8 children per class in our afterschool programme.
Tasks
Schedule:
- MondayFriday from 15:0020:00
- Saturdays from 10:3013:30
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support and coach teaching staff to ensure highquality programming and a positive team culture
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling group management and classroom readiness
- Serve as the main point of contact for parents ensuring a smooth and supportive experience
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed
- Coordinate supplies prep materials and maintain an organized wellfunctioning space
- Use internal systems to track student info team updates and classroom documentation
- Make sure all classes are running smoothly and the quality of our service remains outstanding.
Requirements
Were looking for a proactive organized and peoplefocused Manager to lead our centers daily operations. This role is a mix of team leadership parent communication classroom oversight and logistical coordination. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills who thrives in dynamic environments and genuinely enjoys working with children.
- Candidates must be bilingualnative English speaker with fluent Spanish.
- Must have previous experience in managing a team in a work environment.
- An asset but not required; previous experience in customer service & sales.
Benefits
Pay: 800 Euros/month NET 12 pays)
