Job Description
This role will lead the financial strategy and operations for one of Indias most iconic food brands. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial planning SAP optimization P&L ownership and compliance while driving efficiency enabling strategic decisions and supporting sustained growth.
Strategic Planning Drive longterm business efficiency and strategic thinking in alignment with corporate growth goals.
Financial Planning & Budgeting Oversee annual financial planning budgeting processes and provide financial insights for executive decisionmaking.
SAP Optimization Lead initiatives to simplify and optimize backend financial processes using SAP.
Risk Management Identify and mitigate financial risks related to liabilities investment strategies and cash flow.
Cash Flow Management Track and manage the companys liquidity position to ensure smooth operations.
P&L Ownership Manage outletlevel and brandlevel P&L; oversee food cost control and profitability.
Financial Modelling Build robust investment models and conduct indepth financial analysis.
Business Controls Design and enforce financial controls to ensure accurate revenue and expense tracking.
Balance Sheet & Financial Statements Supervise monthly closures and ensure accurate financial records.
Compliance Ensure timely reporting in line with regulatory requirements policies and laws.
Audit & Taxation Oversee internal/external audits statutory audits and taxation activities.
Treasury & Banking Manage banking relationships treasury analysis and capital allocation.
Finance IT Systems Lead implementation and optimization of financerelated technology systems.
Requirements
Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 1525 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
Preferred Background: Food retail hospitality or consumer goods industries
Strong analytical and strategic thinking
Leadership and teambuilding capabilities
Clear communication and presentation skills
Proven track record in P&L management financial controls and compliance
