Customer Service Advisor German Speaking
Location:Lodge Farm Northampton
Contract Type:Fulltime

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Germanspeaking clients via phone email chat and social channels.
  • Coordinate deliveries with the logistics team based in Germany ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions delivery schedules and feedback while assisting in document translation.
  • Liaise with delivery teams to ensure clear communication and smooth service .
  • Collect customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay key insights to the management team.
What we are looking for:
  • Fluency in German and English both written and spoken (language proficiency will be assessed).
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities to effectively handle challenging situations.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fastpaced environment.
