Job Type: Permanent Fulltime
Hours:9:30pm 5:00amMonday Friday Weekends as needed
Hourly Rate Range:$30.00 $33.00
What Youll Be Doing:
- Perform activities that support the safe and efficient operation of production equipment principally but not restricted to production.
- Interpret specifications blueprints and job orders and constructs templates and lays out reference points for workers.
- Monitor operations of the facility and inspects tests or measures completed work using devices such as hand tools gauges and specifications to verify conformance to standards.
- Confer with management to coordinate work activities and resolve problems.
- Suggest methods to improve area operations processes efficiency and service.
- Adjust work methods and procedures to meet production schedules using knowledge of capacities of machines equipment and personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of materials and supplies such as tools equipment and replacement parts for work activities.
- Complete and maintain CMMS reports.
- Monitor work area and examine tools and equipment to detect unsafe conditions or violations of safety rules.
- Inspect and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
- Perform weekly monthly and annual maintenance checks on equipment.
- Other tasks as assigned.
What Were Looking For:
- Technical degree from a recognized College or University.
- 5 years of Food Manufacturing experience.
- 5 years of Set Up Technician experience.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Dessert Manufacturing Facility experience.
- Strong BRC (or similar GFSI) knowledge and experience.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP GMP OHSA.
