Are you ready to take charge of financial planning and analysis

What You Will Do

  • Support on Consolidation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) globally for Garrett:
    • Ensure deadlines are strictly followed.
  • Support Consolidation of Rolling Forecasts 48 84.
  • Responsible for Accurate and Timely MonthEnd Reporting.
  • Support of Risks and Opportunities:
    • Consolidate data and provide quarterly estimates for forecasts.
  • Support During MonthEnd Closing Activities:
    • Help consolidate and analyze financial results.
  • Monitor All Areas of P&L Which Exceed Targets.
  • Support in Closing Deck MonthEnd Results Consolidation.
  • SOX Support for FP&A Areas (P&L CashFlow).
  • Team Up with Other Garrett Finance Members:
    • Drive Garrett towards financial commitments presented in AOP SRO (short range outlook) forecasts: fixed costs warranty adjusted EBITDA free cash flow working capital metrics.
  • Perform Checks and Other Related Support During Quarterly Investor Deck Preparation Period.
  • Support Continuous Improvement and Development of FP&A Processes:
    • Standardize and leverage reporting tools.
  • AdHoc Requests from Various Stakeholders:
    • Prepare communication and presentations to senior business leadership on a periodic basis.

What We Need

  • Education / Professional Skills and Knowledge:
    • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting.
    • Fluent in English.
    • 5 years of financial experience with a large multinational company preferred; previous experience in financial planning and analysis is a plus.
    • Strong finance background.
    • Strong Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills.
    • Ample knowledge of ERP Tools (e.g. SAP HFM).
    • Technical expertise in Finance Planning and Analysis: Income Statement Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Consolidation.
    • Excellent level of numeracy with high standard of personal integrity and decisiveness.
    • Strong problemsolving and influencing skills.
    • Being resultsdriven.
    • Excellent written and communication skills.
    • Results and customeroriented comfortable working in a highpressure environment and to tight deadlines.
    • Ability to adapt and adjust to a changing environment.
    • Proactive approach capable of working on own initiative.
    • Ability to synthesize information and provide senior leadership with necessary information to make strategic decisions.
