Job Description
We are looking for an innovative and detailoriented Packaging Designer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing product packaging that aligns with brand identity while meeting the functional and aesthetic requirements of major retailers. The ideal candidate has strong creative skills an understanding of branding and experience working with different materials to develop marketready solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative eyecatching packaging for various products.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure packaging aligns with brand goals.
- Work with suppliers to select materials and ensure production feasibility.
- Create mockups and prototypes for presentations and retail approval.
- Ensure compliance with packaging regulations and sustainability standards.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on packaging trends and competitive products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in packaging design preferably for ecommerce or retail products.
- Strong understanding of branding materials and production processes.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite especially Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign).
- Excellent creative problemsolving and project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelors degree in graphic design industrial design or a related field is preferred.
Salary: $90K$115K (based on experience)
