Job Summary:
Responsible for the of Wings Data Management Risk Program endtoend activities. You will take ownership of applicable business processes ensuring their efficiency standardization and adherence best practices. This includes establishing faster better and easier approaches and capabilities to identify assess monitor and report on data management risk. This role collaborates with various stakeholders throughout Wings and all three lines of defense while addressing data management initiatives.
Essential Functions:
- Ensure that all data management activities and efforts are consistent with Wings policies and guidelines and in alignment with regulatory guidance. Manage and monitor Wings data management policies standards and processes across the organization.
- Work with Operational Risk and Information Security functions on ongoing data management issue remediation activities. Record data quality issues support root cause analysis and development of remediation plans.
- Support data stewardship and data ownership roles ensuring clarity in data accountability and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with business data stewards and SMEs in definition of business / data quality rules for identified Critical Business Terms and the review of the data quality assessment results.
- Review of the data flows and controls over the quality of data to identify steps where the risk of data error is highest documentation and reporting of identified control weaknesses.
- Support business stakeholders in data classification identifying personal information processing within the data flows and recording it in the appropriate tool to establish the records of processing activities.
- Creates and maintains data dictionaries metadata repositories and data classification systems to ensure accurate and consistent data definitions.
- Support establishing reporting metrics for data management risk supporting the completeness accuracy and timeliness of applicable activities.
- Assists with providing information during Internal Audit Reviews and Regulatory Examinations.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with both internal and external business and technology stakeholders.
- Support development and of training to build awareness of data management risks and existing or new processes.
- Work with the ThirdParty Risk Management (TPRM) Operational Risk and Information Security to ensure all vendor relationships assess data management risk prior to agreement signing or renewal.
- As needed support the of strategic projects for the wider Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field or equivalent combination of training education and experience.
- 3 years of experience in data governance data management or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel Viso and PowerPoint) applications is required.
- Familiarity with the financial services or highly regulated industry processes and terminology a plus
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks data quality management risk management and/or related areas.
- Background and working knowledge of: GLBA NIST Frameworks EDRM IGRM ARMA IGIM OECD Principles BSA BCBS 239 Privacy and Information Management preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with software programs like Microsoft Purview ServiceNow and Exterro Data Retention is preferred.
- Knowledge of internal controls financial/banking regulations operational risk and/or vendor due diligence is a plus.
- Ability to work hybrid 3 days in the office & 2 days remote).
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Sense of urgency ability to address issues that arise and engage teams to assist with resolution and needed with a positive solutionoriented mindset.

Pay Range:$72k$92k plus 10 annual target bonus. The estimated hiring range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors including skill set experience location qualifications and other jobrelated reasons.
