Job Summary: We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Payroll and Compensation professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and process monthly payroll ensuring data accuracy through system data reconciliation and compensation data management. This role also involves handling thirdparty payments maintaining statutory compliances supporting operational needs and preparing monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monthly Payroll:
o Process and manage the monthly payroll for all employees ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
o Address and resolve any payrollrelated issues promptly.
2. System Data Reconciliation:
o Perform regular reconciliation of payroll and compensation data across different systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
o Identify and correct any discrepancies.
3. ThirdParty Payments (Adecco):
o Oversee the processing of payments to thirdparty vendors such as Adecco.
o Ensure that all thirdparty transactions are documented and compliant with company policies.
4. Statutory Compliance:
o Ensure all payroll activities comply with local statutory regulations and requirements.
o Prepare and submit necessary statutory reports on time.
5. Compensation Data Management:
o Maintain and update compensation data in the system ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
o Provide support in the analysis and reporting of compensation trends.
6. Operational Support:
o Provide operational support for various compensation and payrollrelated activities.
o Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems.
7. Monthly MIS & Dashboards:
o Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports and dashboards to provide insights into payroll and compensation data.
o Present data in a clear and actionable format to management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree/ Diploma in Labor Laws/ MBA
Must have:
Proven experience in payroll management compensation and benefits administration.
Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Knowledge of statutory compliance related to payroll and compensation.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
