What Youll Be Doing:
As a Project Civil Engineer you will lead municipal infrastructure projects from concept to permitting plan and specification production and stakeholder coordination. Responsibilities include:
Designing water distribution wastewater and stormwater systems
Performing hydraulic calculations pump sizing and system modeling
Managing record drawings technical reports and project deliverables
Collaborating with senior technical staff to prepare cost estimates and design plans
Coordinating with utilities contractors property owners and government agencies
What You Bring:
Technical Expertise: Experience in water distribution wastewater and stormwater conveyance systems
Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3 years required; 510 years preferred
Licensure: Illinois F.E. required; P.E. licensure preferred (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
Software Proficiency: Excel Autodesk/Bentley CAD WaterCAD SewerCAD XPSWMM ArcGIS
Location: Must be based in Chicago Metropolitan area
Additional: Valid IL drivers license; preemployment drug screening and background check required
