Job Title:Maintenance Mechanic

POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: Our Maintenance Mechanic Performs routine emergency and preventive maintenance work on office and plant equipment machines and building facilities.
DUTIES:
- Repair and service all site equipment buildings and furnishings.
- Communicate issues with the Maintenance team verbally and through email.
- Check and repair critical equipment.
- Check cooling towers mills chillers air compressor boiler etc.
- Preventative Maintenance through inspection lubrication filter replacement cleaning etc.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma/GED
- Knowledge of pipe fitting electrical wiring and general mechanics
- Must be capable of lifting up to 55 lbs. and stand on feet for long periods of time
- Must be familiar and thoroughly experienced in all facets of maintenance:
- Mechanical: Pumps (positive displacement and centrifugal) drives (gearbox belt chain hydraulic couplings motorelectric motorsair bearings shafts nuts bolts taps and dies.
- Electrical: High voltage 460 volt 3 phase motor controls low voltage 120V power and control wiring) AC and DC systems. Computercontrolled systems.
- Utilities: Piping (water air and steam) Boilers understand Steam condensate system tracing coils traps and pumps. Air Compressor system including filters regulators dryers and lubricators. HVAC air handling blowers dust collectors.
- Vehicles: Lift trucks electric EE rated battery and hydraulics.
