What Youll Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations of the aggregates plant to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage and develop plant staff to foster a highperformance culture.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
- Analyze production data to optimize processes and reduce costs.
