Job Description
Job Title: Pretesting Registered Nurse & Total Joint Coordinator
RN position that coordinates preoperative calls and education to patients scheduled for surgery. Works collaboratively with the Chief of Anesthesia and the surgeons offices to ensure patients have completed all preoperative testing and clearances needed. Completes the patients history in our medical records system and educates the patients on how to prepare for surgery what to expect the day of. They also coordinate any testing that the Chief of Anesthesia orders.
