Whats in it for you
As an Associate in the Compliance team within Financial Services Audit you will be primarily responsible for conducting Compliance Plan and Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) Audits for Financial Services (FS) Clients as well as working on a variety of Compliance Advisory engagements for both FS and nonFS Clients. Opportunities exist at the Associate level and the position is based in Sydney. Youll be able to:
- Maintain worklife balance through hybrid working
- Work directly with some of the largest clients within Financial Services
- Work in a supportive team structure that has many years of experience in Compliance with access to training within EY
- Access training within the wider EY organisation
What we are looking for:

- Proven experience working within audit or compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with clients.
- A person that enjoys working as part of a team and dealing directly with clients.
Ideally youll also have:
- Experience from areas such as Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) Tech Risk or Enterprise Risk teams would be ideal but we are open to all applications.
