Landscape BIM Coordinator (MEP & Civil)
Location Madurai Tamilnadu.
Innolink Digital Services is a leading Dubaibased landscape construction company renowned for delivering worldclass landscaping solutions across the UAE and the wider Middle East region. Established with a vision to transform outdoor spaces into stunning sustainable environments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM)
- Extensive experience working on Gulf projects preferred
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit Navisworks and AutoCAD
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical & Civil.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the BIM team to ensure the successful of projects
- Oversee the development and implementation of BIM standards and protocols
- Collaborate with project managers architects and engineers to integrate BIM processes into project workflows
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Conduct regular reviews and quality checks to ensure BIM models meet project requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology
