Superlanet is seeking an Epic Radiant/Lumens Analyst for our healthcare client in Texas. This is a hybrid directhire opportunity. The Epic Application Analyst serves as the subject matter expert and technical lead for designated Epic applications. This role is responsible for designing building testing and supporting clinical workflows across ancillary departments such as Radiology Endoscopy Cardiology and Respiratory. The analyst provides enduser support troubleshoots system issues coordinates vendor solutions and ensures successful implementation of system changes and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design build test and maintain Epic applications supporting RIS/PACS enterprise imaging systems.
- Expand and integrate RIS/PACS modalities and related software applications.
- Provide remote and inperson enduser support troubleshoot system issues and coordinate fixes with vendors.
- Develop test plans execute system testing and facilitate user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve infrastructurerelated application issues.
- Maintain Epic certification and provide ongoing system updates and enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a health science or business field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of two years of Epic experience.
- Strong understanding of clinical information systems and informatics.
- Active Epic Certification or Accreditation in a relevant application.
- Experience supporting clinicians in a technical or educational capacity.
- Strong problemsolving communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 57 years of experience with clinical information systems.
- Experience with Epic MyChart Welcome Canto/Haiku Radiant Lumens or Cupid.
