Dissemination Specialist
LCAT: Mid and Senior
Location: CENTCOM HQ Tampa FL
Required clearance: TS/SCI with CI poly
Desired Experience: At least 8 years for Mid level; at least 12 years for Senior level
Desired Education: Bachelors degree for Mid positions; masters degree or an additional 5 years of related experience for Senior positions.

Description
- Ensure timely dissemination of intelligence products created by USCENTCOM J2 analysts.
- Publish intelligence products using a variety of IT tools networks domains sites and repositories. Contractor personnel must be able to obtain and maintain all applicable certifications and network accounts necessary (with appropriate U.S. Government support when required) to perform crossdomain transfers and disseminate to all required U.S. and USCENTCOM partner networks. Prior to dissemination the contractor shall verify the products correct format classification portion markings banner classification source citations metadata and evidence of foreign release authorization from the USCENTCOM FDO.
- Make a good faith effort to correct minor errors that do not require analytic input or review such as typos or other minor inaccuracies that can be corrected on the spot.
- Use the supplied source packet as a resource for these minor corrections prior to dissemination in order to facilitate timely publication of intelligence production.
- Upon completion of the verification process stage the products for dissemination to all required U.S. and partner networks including performing crossdomain transfers.
- Maintain records of the quantities and types of intelligence products and the networks to which they are disseminated. Also provide these metrics to U.S. Government leadership at least weekly and as required.
Other criteria
- Demonstrates indepth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
- Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
- Demonstrates understanding of interpreting documents to include but not limited to its meaning importance and implications. Demonstrates ability to defend analytic judgements with sound logical conclusions and adapt analytic judgments when presented with new information evolving conditions or unexpected developments.
- Demonstrates ability to develop concise insightful and comprehensive products including reports documents assessments studies and briefing materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel Word PowerPoint etc. electronic / soft copy matrices and / or webenabled formats.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate complex issues clearly in a concise and organized manner both verbally and nonverbally with strong grammar skills.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete indirect highly complex seemingly unrelated and / or technically advanced.
- Demonstrates ability to develop structured research including but not limited to obtaining evaluating organizing and maintaining information within security and data protocols.
Other responsibilities
- Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive new or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to highlevel tasks.
- Demonstrates ability to recognize nuances and resolve contradictions and inconsistencies in information.
- Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing and addressing disputes and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrates ability to review products for cogent arguments tradecraft standards and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of products.
