Covering the Corby area
21 hours per week hours flexible between Monday and Friday
Salary: 13104 per annum
We are looking to recruit a new Community Connector working 21 hours a week lottery funded for three years.
The Community Connector will help enhance mental health outcomes in targeted Global Majority communities. Serving as a crucial link between community members mental health services and resources.
The Community Connector will be working closely with Mental Health Ambassador volunteers to identify individuals in need of support and connecting them to appropriate local resources across our three most diverse communities.
