Revenue & Grants Development Lead

  • Box Hill & Eltham locations with Hybrid Working options
  • Competitive salary including salary packaging
  • Flexible Part Time position 34 days per week

We also support people including older people and people with disability to stay living at home longer and to live well in their community.

Our broad range of primary health services care management and in home and community support services can be tailored to an individuals needs and with major hubs in Box Hill and Eltham these services can be delivered locally in the Eastern and North Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Description

The opportunity:
We are looking for a Revenue & Grants Development Lead to join our supportive and professional multidisciplinary teams in a flexible part time capacity.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Craft compelling succinct and evidencedriven proposals that clearly communicate our value impact and alignment with funding priorities.
  • Develop innovative solutions and service models tailored to grant and funding opportunities.
  • Continuously scan the market to identify grants funding opportunities and strategic corporate partnerships.
  • Effectively sell our organisation through clear databacked narratives that demonstrate need impact and sustainability.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate funders and philanthropic organisations for funding collaborations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure proposals align with organizational goals and meet all compliance and reporting requirements.



Skills And Experiences

Our ideal candidate:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Public Health Communications Business Social Sciences Public Policy or similar.
  • Proven experience in grant writing tender management and/or business and strategic partnership development.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive succinct and compelling grant applications proposals and pitch decks.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with funding guidelines.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with experience in market insights funding trends and revenue growth strategies.
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Creativity in collaborating with operational leaders to design programs and service concepts that align with funding opportunities.
  • Ability to identify build and maintain relationships with funders government agencies and corporate partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word PowerPoint and Excel) and comfortable learning new digital tools (e.g. grant portals CRM systems Canva).
