Essence of the job:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator with at least 3 years of experience in administration preferably within the construction industry. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of BBBEE regulations particularly in managing the administration of several BBBEE elements as well as performing key administrative functions. Additionally the role requires proficiency in Excel excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively handle diverse administrative tasks including secretarial duties.
Qualification:
Matric
Tertiary Qualification would be preferred.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 3 Years of administration experience preferably in a construction or similar projectbased industry with strong knowledge of the BBBEE Codes.
Code 8 Drivers Licence essential Own Transport.
Extensive working knowledge BBBEE Codes of Good Practice Construction Sector Codes.
Understanding of various other Sector Codes of Good Practice e.g. Tourism Agriculture Transport etc.
Proficient in Excel including the ability to create and manage pivot tables
Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks
Professional communication skills both written and verbal with management and site teams
Ability to work independently and mange time effectively
Mature and firm when interacting with various site teams and stakeholders
Exposure to Construction Certificate Payments would be an advantage
Experience in minute taking and reconciling of travel accounts making travel arrangements and various administration activities.
