Job Description

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building strong impactful client relationships Our client is looking for aClient Success ManagerinCape Townto oversee and grow a portfolio of highvalue enterprise clients driving innovation and delivering measurable results. In this role youll act as a trusted advisor managing relationships with key stakeholders while collaborating with internal teams to ensure longterm success and maximize client value.

Your keyjobresponsibilities as theClient Success ManagerinCape Townwill include:

  • Develop tailored success plans for each client driving product adoption upselling and crossselling opportunities.
  • Build strong connections with decisionmakers and operational teams becoming a trusted partner at all levels.
  • Leverage data and trends to provide actionable recommendations and measurable results.
  • Guide clients through challenges showcasing deep knowledge of our solutions to deliver maximum value.
  • Work with teams across sales product and support to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Drive account growth by analyzing performance and exceeding strategic and financial targets.


Requirements

Requirements for thisClient Success Manager jobinCape Town:

  • 5 years in a clientfacing role (Customer Success Account Management or Relationship Management) ideally in SaaS or B2B.
  • Exceptional analytical communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • A proactive problemsolving mindset with the ability to thrive in fastpaced environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30.
  • Background in analytics or payments with knowledge of ecommerce and payment technologies.
  • Previous experience in the payments industry either locally in South Africa or internationally.
  • Deep knowledge of ecommerce and payment technologies coupled with a finger on the pulse of market trends.
