Job Overview:
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the design development and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our Sales Marketing and Management Team.
Responsibilities:
- Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
- Define and document architectural standards guidelines and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features and solutions.
- Architect and document solution design of Salesforce solutions.
- Transition solution designs to development resources responsible for building the solutions.
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the complete technical architecture including the data flow and the integration between Salesforce and other enterprise solutions.
- Offer creative ideas to help meet the business requirements reducing the number of customizations and increasing automation.
- Provide industryleading technical expertise with Salesforce.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce products.
- Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and other Salesforce development tools.
- Proven experience with the configuration/administration of Salesforce Service Cloud
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with excellent verbal & written communication interpersonal and presentation skills
