Infinite Consulting is seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Leadfor our esteemed Large Federal Government Client. This is an ASAP start for an initial 6 months contract with potential for further extensions!
About the Role:
As the Agile Transformation Lead (ATL) you will be responsible for and will drive the implementation and maturation of a major Programmes transition to Agile development.
Main responsibilities include:
- Agile training mentoring and coaching to existing and new Programme staff.
- Create metrics to measure Agile maturity and provide reporting and monitoring against these metrics.
- Assistance to the management of the PI Planning process including Product Governance Forums and provision of relevant reporting and documentation to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide the Agile implementation to improve the ARTs workflow ensuring work flows toward delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and provide business continuity support to the Programme.
Essential criteria:
- Experience in Australian Federal Government program and project management (Agile methodology).
- The ability to engage and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve deliverables within challenging and tight timeframes.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Agile Product Delivery.
- At least 5 years of experience and handson expertise in information technology project team management.
- Agile coaching or Enterprise coaching certification
- Experience coaching and mentoring teams and leaders to achieve results.
- Experience in delivering training courses.
