Job Description
This is a until filled competition. Candidates are encouraged not to delay submitting their application as this posting can close at any time after 10 business days with 24hour posted notice. Student Support Services provides support to students throughout Yukon to allow students to meet their personal potential. Student Support Services Yukon Education values inclusion acceptance and safety.
Educational Psychologists provide a broad range of psycho educational services to students in the publicschool system across the Yukon including consultation assessments intervention professional learning support and assistance with program development for students. This position also participates as a member of a multidisciplinary team to assist schools parents and caregivers in supporting students with exceptional learning needs.

Essential Qualifications
- Masters degree in educational psychology or clinical psychology
- Experience in the administration and interpretation of level C assessments and provision of recommendations for schoolaged clients
- Full or provisional registration in a College of Psychologists in Canada
- Experience working in a school environment
- Recent experience providing consultation to students parents and staff within a public school system would be an asset
Candidates who have education training and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.

- RCMP Security Clearance including Vulnerable Sector
