Youre confident in breedspecific cuts and comfortable with all coat types

Youre techfriendly and can easily manage schedules appointment notes and photos in grooming apps or digital systems
You take pride in quality consistency and a polished grooming environment
As a Groomer at Skiptown you will:
Perform full grooms baths trims and breedspecific cuts with expert technique
Manage client appointment details using Skiptowns tech toolsdocumenting before/after photos notes and timing
Communicate with the support team to adjust schedules flag special needs and keep everything on track
Recommend the right services based on coat condition and pet parent goals
Maintain a clean safe and professional grooming space at all times
Deliver exceptional experiences that leave both pups and pup parents excited to come back
Compensation & Full Time Benefits:
Commission: 50 of Full Grooms 30 of AddOns
Tips: 100 yours

Youll thrive in this role if you bring:
At least 1 year of professional grooming experience
Your own grooming tools (clippers shears brushes etc.
Confidence with scissoring and clipper techniques
Reliability great time management and a positive attitude
(Bonus! Experience coaching or mentoring other groomers
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and pull up to 140 lbs
Capable of repetitive motions (brushing drying etc. and kneeling/bending
Comfortable standing and walking up to 8 hours/day
